Copyright respect

SkillsForIndia respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Filing a DMCA notice

If you believe content on skillsforindia.in infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to hello@skillsforindia.in including:

  • Your contact information.
  • A description of the copyrighted work.
  • The URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material.
  • A statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with equivalent details for our review.

Repeat infringers

We may remove content and restrict access for parties who repeatedly infringe copyright.
